IMPLEMENTASI METODE STUDENT TEAMS ACHIVMENT DIVISIONS (STAD) PADA PELAJARAN FIQIH TENTANG SHALAT BERJAMAAH DI MAS YAPI SIPARE- PARE KABUPATEN BATU BARAVol 8 No 1 (2018)
Abstrak
The problem of this research is how to implement students' methods of teaching in division (STAD) on fiqh lessons about congregational prayers at MAS YAPI Sipare-pare Regency of Coal? How do students respond to the Student Teams Achivment Divisions (STAD) Method on Jurisprudence Lessons About Congregational Prayers at MAS YAPI Sipare-pare in the District of Coal? Any constraints in applying the Students Teams Achivment Divisions (STAD) Method on Jurisprudence Lessons About Congregational Prayers at MAS YAPI Sipare-pare of Coal Regency? This research is a type of qualitative research. The type of research whose findings are not obtained through statistical procedures or other forms of calculation and aims to reveal the symptoms holistically-contextually through the collection of data from natural settings by utilizing the researcher as a key instrument.
The results of this study, the application of the learning method of Students Teams Achivment Divisions (STAD) in Private YAPI Sipare-pare Madrasah Aliyah has been implemented since the commencement of the KTSP curriculum. STAD learning model can be applied to all subjects and their application is adjusted to the character and goals to be achieved by each subject teacher. Responding students at the Private Aliyah Madrasah YAPI Sipare-pare during applying the learning method of Students Teams Achivment Divisions (STAD) to the eye Jurisprudence about praying in congregation is very enthusiastic in following the lesson. Most students think that fiqh subjects, especially about congregational prayers, are subjects that are very boring, saturated and so forth. However, using STAD type makes students enthusiastic in following the lesson. There are some obstacles in applying the learning method of Students Teams Achivment Divisions (STAD) on fiqh subjects in MAS YAPI Sipare-pare, namely, 1) Lack of Understanding about STAD Learning Model, 2) Lack of Infrastructure that supports in Private Aliyah Madrasah YAPI Sipare-pare, 3) Allocation of class hours is very limited, and 4) Lack of Understanding of MAS YAPI Students Sipare-pare About Students Teams Achivment Divisions (STAD) Model.

Abstrak
The problem of this research is how is the Madrasah Head's strategy in recruiting students at MTs Al Washliyah Desa Pakam? and What are the obstacles faced by the Head of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Washliyah Desa Pakam in recruiting students?. This research is a type of qualitative research. The type of research whose findings are not obtained through statistical procedures or other forms of calculation and aims to reveal the symptoms holistically-contextually through the collection of data from natural settings by utilizing the researcher as a key instrument.
The results of this thesis, there are several strategies or efforts made by the Madrasah Head in recruiting new students in Al Wasliyah Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pakam Village is first, planning work programs in the Al Wasliyah MTs in Pakam Village. Second, visit directly to the home of prospective students or also called Home Visit. Third, holding a POMG (Student Parents Association and Teachers). Fourth, to involve students of Desa Pakam Madrasah Tsanawiyah in each regional activity. Fifth, distribute brochures, banners and the like in promotional activities. Sixth, giving free madrasa uniforms and free sports clothes for students who enroll in Al Wasliyah MTs. And take advantage of the halal bi halal event moment once a year.
Constraints in recruiting students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Wasliyah in Pakam Village are the first infrastructure facilities. Infrastructure is something that is found in the Al Wasliyah Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Pakam Village which can indirectly influence the entry of new students in the Al Wasliyah Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pakam Village. Second, the low achievement of students in Al Wasliyah Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pakam Village. The low achievement of students in the Pakam Village Al Wasliyah MTs directly makes people in the surrounding area less interested in sending their children to the Al Wasliyah MTs in Pakam Village. Third, the perception of the surrounding community who still consider that education in the madrasah is still very far from the same public school and assume that the madrasah subject is only focused on religious knowledge. In this case the constraints of public perception are obstacles that must be resolved quickly by the madrasah.

The problem of this research is How to Use Snowball Throwing Learning Methods in Improving Learning Achievement of Islamic Religious Education Students in Medang Deras Middle School 5 Batu Bara Regency? What are the obstacles in the Implementation of Snowball Throwing Learning Methods in Improving Learning Achievement of Islamic Religious Education Students at Medang Deras 5 Public Middle School, Batu Bara Regency? This research is a type of qualitative research. The type of research whose findings are not obtained through statistical procedures or other forms of calculation and aims to reveal the symptoms holistically-contextually through the collection of data from natural settings by utilizing the researcher as a key instrument.
The research results in this thesis, In using the Snowball Throwing model the teacher should also pay attention to the importance of classroom management. This is for the smooth running of the learning process. Because even though in learning they have used good learning methods, if they manage the class poorly, the learning process will be disrupted and the results will be unsatisfactory. By using the learning model of snowball throwing method a teacher is expected to be able to guide, direct and motivate so that students concentrate more in the teaching and learning process and in responding to the explanation from the teacher so that students can understand the subject matter well and can take the time as efficiently as possible.
The snowball throwing method requires the participation of students and the readiness of the teacher in carrying out this learning model, both in terms of mental and knowledge. Various obstacles for a teacher in implementing snowball throwing learning are limited infrastructure in Medang Deras Middle School 5, inadequate allocation of subjects, excessive student enthusiasm, and lack of teacher's understanding of snowball throwing learning methods
